When will I get my order?

 How long does it take to claim for my order?

Damaged

Please provide us with the damaged photo. Then we’ll reply you in 24 hours and proceed the new one for you.

Stolen or Lost

Orders that are stolen or lost have a relatively short processing time., These claims typically are addressed and closed within 24 hours, then processed within 3-5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $25 for all orders across the United States.

Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping — no code needed, it’s applied automatically at checkout.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, and you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.

  • Single Vision lenses: 3–5 business days

  • Progressive lenses: 7–10 business days

Where can I find Invoice?

You can easily check your order details or invoice in two ways:

1️⃣ Order Confirmation Email

Right after you complete your purchase, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to your inbox.

It includes all details such as your order number, items purchased, total amount, tax, and shipping address.

2️⃣ Your Account Page

If you created an account during checkout, simply log in and go to “My Account → Orders”.

From there, you can view all past orders, payment details, and shipping information.

What if I entered some of my prescription incorrectly?
